About · Mark Lucas · JamesTech

You already pay for AI. Most of it sits unused.

Your team has Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, plus a few Copilot seats. You can buy licenses with a credit card. You can't buy a team that uses them well.

What I do

That gap is my job.

I find where AI earns its keep in your firm, build it in your tenant, and coach your people on it until it's habit.

Training is part of adoption, not a separate purchase. No slide decks. I coach small groups of four to six, and one at a time, someone puts a real problem from their week up on the big screen, or on Zoom, for the whole room. We fix it live, and everyone learns the tool on their own work.

Who I am

Microsoft-fluent, not Microsoft-trapped.

Thirty years in the Microsoft ecosystem, three of them inside Microsoft. I founded JamesTech in 2001 and still run it. Artemis program contractor since 2019.

I work with firms from 5 to 200 people, nonprofits included. The senior person you talk to is the person who does the work.

How it works

Four steps, in order.

  1. 01

AI Opportunity Review, from $2,500, credited toward any build or staff training. Three specific, quantified opportunities or you don't pay.

  2. 02

We install the first use cases on tools you already own.

  3. 03

Small group training on real work from their week, fixed live.

  4. 04

The Fractional AI Officer retainer keeps it working as the tools move.

You already have the tools. I help your team actually use them.
