The AI Operating System · installed and run by JamesTech

Meet James. The operator your business has been missing.

It has all the knowledge you have, but it has a perfect memory and it never sleeps.

James is an AI operating system I install inside the tools you already pay for. It learns your business, watches your live numbers, briefs you every morning, and drafts the work that used to wait on you. You approve. James executes.

The teammate test

Ask any AI a question about your business.

Does it answer like a teammate, or like a stranger who met you five seconds ago? An AIOS is the difference.

ChatGPT forgets you when you close the tab. James knows your clients, your numbers, your open deals, your writing voice, and what you agreed to in that meeting back in March. Every conversation starts from full context, because the context lives in your system and never leaves it.

Try it on the discovery call: ask my system a question about my business, then ask your AI the same question about yours.

What gets installed

Five layers, built on the stack you already own.

No new platform to learn and nothing to rip out. James sits on top of Microsoft 365, your accounting system, your CRM, and your calendar, and connects what they never say to each other.

Layer 01

It knows the business

Your strategy, clients, team, offers, and history, captured once and remembered permanently. New context compounds instead of evaporating.

Layer 02

It sees your numbers

Collectors pull from your real sources daily: invoices, receivables, P&L, pipeline, time. No more asking three people for one answer.

Layer 03

It briefs you daily

Every morning: what's urgent, what's overdue, what's stale, and what moved. Meetings get debriefed into decisions and follow-ups automatically.

Layer 04

It does the work

Status reports, proposals, follow-up drafts, meeting prep, invoice chasing, content. Drafted in your voice, queued for your approval.

Layer 05

It frees your bandwidth

We audit your recurring tasks, score each one, and automate them away one by one. The hours come back to growth, or to your life.

The library

80+ working skills

One word triggers a complete workflow: morning brief, meeting prep, weekly review, status report, proposal draft. Your install ships with the ones your business needs.

A day with James

From your desk, or from your phone.

James lives on your machine and in your pocket. Text it from the sideline of your kid's game and the work is drafted before you're home.

Notice what it doesn't do: it doesn't send. Anything that touches a client or a dollar waits for you. That's not a limitation. That's the design.

Morning brief with your real numbers, urgent items, and calendar
Meeting transcripts turned into decisions, commitments, and next actions
Client emails and reports drafted in your voice, waiting in your drafts folder
Answers with receipts: "What did we agree to with that client in March?"

The WTB invoice went out? And what's on deck before my 2 o'clock?
7:42 AM
Invoice went out on the 1st, on their usual cycle. Before your 2:00 kickoff: the prep brief is ready (attendees, history, three talking points), and the July numbers you'll want are in it. One flag: the proposal follow-up to MCCC is now 8 days old. Draft reply is in your Outlook drafts.
7:42 AM
Good. Send me the brief.
7:44 AM
Sent. And your Friday review is two weeks overdue. Want me to hold 30 minutes tomorrow at 8:30?

Governance first

An AI with initiative needs rules. Yours comes with them.

You've heard the horror stories about AI going rogue on customers. I've spent 30 years in environments where mistakes are expensive: NASA, the DOJ, NATO, regulated finance. Guardrails aren't an afterthought here. They're the first thing installed.

James drafts. You send. Every outbound email, invoice, and message waits in a drafts folder for your eyes. Your data stays in your own tenant and your own accounts, under your existing security and compliance controls. Nothing lives on my servers.

The standing rules, in plain English

Outbound is draft-only. Emails, invoices, and client messages are prepared, never sent. You press send.
Your tenant, your keys. James works through your own Microsoft 365, accounting, and CRM accounts, inside permissions you control.
Everything leaves a trail. What was done, when, and from what source. Built for environments with auditors.
Compliance flags up front. Data, access, and regulatory constraints get mapped before anything is automated, not after.

Who built this

I run this exact system on my own business, every day.

The daily brief that opens my morning, the meeting debriefs, the drafted client emails, the live revenue numbers: all of it comes from the same system I install for clients. I'm not selling you a theory. I'm handing you the operating layer I depend on.

Behind it: 30 years in the Microsoft ecosystem, three of them as a Microsoft employee, and delivery for organizations that cannot afford mistakes, including NASA's Artemis program and T. Rowe Price. JamesTech has been in business since 2001. The agent is named James for a reason.

Questions

The honest answers.

What exactly is a "skill"? +

A repeatable workflow James executes on one instruction: build my morning brief, prep me for this meeting, draft the weekly status report, process this transcript into action items. My own system runs more than 80 of them. Your install ships with the ones mapped to your business in the Review, and new ones get added as we find the work.

Where does our data live? +

In your own tenant and your own accounts, under permissions you control. James works through the Microsoft 365, accounting, and CRM subscriptions you already hold. Nothing is uploaded to my servers. For regulated environments, we map your data and compliance constraints before anything is built.

Can it send an email or an invoice without us knowing? +

No. Outbound is draft-only by standing rule. James prepares the email, the report, or the invoice and parks it for your approval. You are the signature on everything that leaves the building.

Do we have to be on Microsoft? +

It's where I add the most value and where most of my clients already are, but the system connects to accounting, CRM, calendar, and communication tools broadly. If you're partly on Microsoft, we'll still find the wins.

What happens when the big AI companies build this themselves? +

The tools underneath will keep improving, and your system improves with them. What you're buying from me is the part that doesn't commoditize: your business context, your governance rules, your workflows mapped and automated, and a senior advisor who is accountable for the roadmap. When a better engine ships, we swap it in and you get faster.

Who is this for? +

Owner-led professional services firms, roughly 10 to 50 people, where the owner is the bottleneck and the data can't leave the building. If that's you, the Review is the right first step. If you're a solo operator who wants to build this yourself, I'm probably not your vendor, and I'll tell you that on the call.

Your business already has the tools. Now give it an operator.

The ladder starts with the Review: a working session that maps where James earns his keep in your firm, guaranteed to surface at least three quantified opportunities.
